Description: Home shirt as worn in a 3-0 win against Tottenham. Eduardo would miss the start of the 2008-09 season due to his horror leg break vs Birmingham but would return on 16 February 2009. Eduardo started against Cardiff City in the FA Cup, scoring in the 21st minute and converted a penalty in the second half only to sustain a hamstring injury in his comeback game, going on to only make 4 appearances all season, scoring 3 goals. In November 2009, Eduardo signed a new long-term contract with Arsenal, and would go onto have a successful season featuring 32 times, scoring 6 goals in all competitions.
