BARCELONA 1997/1998 AWAY SHIRT #11 RIVALDO

Description: Ultra rare original version of the away shirt as worn when Louis van Gaal guided the side to a La Liga and Copa del Rey double in his first season in charge. The signing of Rivaldo from Deportivo La Coruña would prove to be a masterstroke and an appropriate replacement for compatriot Ronaldo, who again broke the world record transfer fee in a £19.5 million switch to Internazionale. Rivaldo would score 28 goals in 52 games across all competitions, cementing his place as a Barca regular and a player the team could depend on for both flair and end product.

Features: Original style print for the legendary Brazilian attacking midfielder Rivaldo Vítor Borba Ferreira #11.

Condition: Bright colours, manufacturer logo and crest are stitched, print is superb. Couple of tiny pulls on the front, some material wear next to the collar (please see photos). Overall great wearable/collectible condition (8/10).
