Description: Rare authentic (not newly made) green and gold lace-neck shirt based on the version worn 100 years earlier when Manchester United were known as Newton Heath. Once the team became independent from the Lancashire and Yorkshire railway and lost ties from its origins in Newton Heath, the team was renamed Manchester United and changed colours to red and white. The 1992 third shirt by Umbro nods to origins of United and was worn during the League Cup final against Villa.
Features: Original style flock print for the French club icon Eric Cantona #7.
Condition: Bright colours, badges are stitched, nice material feel with just a couple of tiny bobbles, raised embossed sponsor and print are superb, original lace. Excellent wearable/collectible condition (8/10).
